Yearly dues to the Casa Linda Neighborhood Association (CLENA) support 3 major neighborhood functions: Safety/Service, Social and Scenery.
SAFETY & SERVICE:
Yearly dues fund cost associated with Volunteers In Patrol (VIP) that serves to protect our neighborhood and ensure it remains safe for all residents. Funds are allocated towards communication, including the website and mailers. Donations are made to various organizations on behalf of CLENA, such as, Casa Linda Light’s charitable organizations and uniforms for Sanger and Reinhardt Elementary Schools.

SOCIAL:
Each year, CLENA host a number of neighborhood events, from monthly Happy Hours to an Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Chili Cook Off and Winter Holiday Party, these gatherings wouldn’t be possible without membership dues and serve as an opportunity to create a strong sense of community.
SCENERY:
Casa Linda Estates is comprised of 5 communal spaces that are kept up, including watering, landscaping and seasonal plantings, with CLENA dues. Additionally, a house is awarded “Yard of the Month” to encourage individual beautification of each home.
While these are just a few examples of how CLENA dues enhance the neighborhood, we hope you will vote in FAVOR of increasing dues from $30 to $50 as they have not been raised in over a decade. While neighboring areas dues cost anywhere between $150-$250, our board works to ensure that your dues are spent wisely in order to keep cost down and make Casa Linda Estates a special place you love to call home.
