Semi-Annual Clena General Meeting
Monday, April 13th, 2026, 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Well Grounded Coffee
At our Spring Meeting, we have so much to share—our membership numbers, our ESP fundraising results, our NSO progress, future plans and more.
Plus, dues-paying members will vote on a small set of proposed updates to the CLENA bylaws. And for any bylaw amendments to pass, we require a quorum. Your presence will help ensure that decisions about the future of CLENA reflect the voices of our neighborhood.
We strongly encourage all dues-paying members to attend.
Proposed Changes to the Bylaws
The Board of Directors is proposing a series of targeted updates to the CLENA bylaws to improve clarity, modernize language, and support more efficient operations. These changes include updating communication methods to reflect current technology, clarifying board member qualifications, refining how board vacancies are filled, standardizing board titles, and correcting minor inconsistencies and typos.
Additionally, the proposal includes closing board meetings to the general public to allow for more focused and efficient decision-making, while maintaining transparency through regular member updates. These updates are intended to strengthen how the Association functions while preserving its core purpose and structure.
